Country Airs Harp Camp happens at the farm and studio of Anita Leschied, professional harpist for over 30 years. The camp is in its 7th year featuring 3 instructors who all happen to play harp. Deborah Ethier teaches drumming, composition, drama and film-making and she composes some of the music we play on harp. Dawn Copland instructs art using all kinds of materials. Last year's project was to make some incredible quilts. Anita Leschied teaches harp to all campers who range in age from 6 to 16 with a variety of skills at the instrument. Most campers have been lever harpers but beginning pedal harpists could be accomodated.
The cost for this three- day camp is $125 which includes lunch, snacks, and materials. Classes begin at 9:30 ending at 4:30. Swimming is available at breaks. Please reserve your spot soon. Contact Anita Leschied at 519-975-0260 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org .
