Red House
Two Photos
After completing our first long walk of the journey, we ended up at Falconwood Station. Only two stations away was Bexleyheath, near where
Red House stands. Commissioned by William Morris, he lived in it for six years in the mid 1800s. We were able to tour the inside and
the garden. There is a small cafe. This house became the focal point of the Arts and Crafts Movement in Britain.
Side window, Red House. We toured inside and out.
